A Year-Long Partnership
From July 2025 to June 2026, we engaged in an intensive, year-long collaboration with Barbeques Galore Australia to co-develop a custom outdoor kitchen solution tailored to their premium appliance lineup.
The project brought together our proven extruded aluminium outdoor kitchen modular system and Barbeques Galore’s signature grill and double-door refrigerator, creating a fully integrated outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge designed for the demanding Australian market.
A Mature Foundation, Refined for a Retail Giant
Unlike projects that require ground-up development, this collaboration began with our standard outdoor kitchen modular system—an already complete, field-tested system built around extruded aluminium outdoor kitchen cabinets, sintered stone countertop, precision-engineered sinks, and commercial-grade faucets. Barbeques Galore Australia’s project team recognized the strength of our existing system and flew to our factory on four separate occasions not to supervise our production line, but to work alongside our engineers in adapting our outdoor kitchen modular system to seamlessly accommodate their specific grill and refrigerator dimensions.
Their focus was precise: leverage our robust barbecue outdoor kitchen infrastructure and customize the module interfaces, connection points, and spatial layout to create a cohesive, retailer-branded outdoor cooking experience.
Three Iterations, One Elevated Standard
The collaboration demanded the same exacting standards that established Barbeques Galore as a leader in Australian outdoor living. Over twelve months, the project advanced through three distinct prototype milestones:
Prototype 1.0
Established the foundational integration architecture, mapping our outdoor kitchen modular system to the spatial and thermal profiles of the Turbo grill and refrigeration unit.
Prototype 2.0
Produced in our factory workshop, refined the module-to-appliance interfaces and validated the structural integrity of multiple cabinet configurations. Production photographs from this stage document the full range of module combinations, demonstrating the system’s inherent scalability.
Prototype 3.0
Represented the engineering culmination of this joint effort. Airfreighted directly to a Barbeques Galore Australia retail location, this final sample underwent real-world store validation. While our workshop photography showcased the complete spectrum of possible module combinations within this custom outdoor kitchen system, the in-store display featured a curated three-module configuration—brilliantly illustrating how the same system scales from expansive installations to compact retail footprints without sacrificing structural integrity or visual coherence.
A Partnership That Ended, A System That Evolved
By mid-2026, the integrated outdoor kitchen with grill and fridge had successfully completed every technical review, supply chain audit, and commercial compliance checkpoint within Barbeques Galore’s procurement framework. The system reached the final stage of internal approval, positioned for large-scale rollout.
The subsequent bankruptcy declaration of Barbeques Galore brought this partnership to an unforeseen close. Yet the twelve-month validation process, four cross-factory engineering sessions, three prototype generations, and successful store-level proof-of-concept remain as permanent enhancements to our product system.
More importantly, this collaboration fundamentally elevated our outdoor kitchen modular system components. The interface refinements, compatibility enhancements, and configurability upgrades developed for Barbeques Galore have been incorporated into our standard product architecture, benefiting all future partners.
The Australia-Exclusive Arrangement: Now Released
This collaboration was originally established as an Australia-exclusive partnership with Barbeques Galore. With the conclusion of this arrangement, the exclusive territorial rights have now been released, and the Australian market is fully open to new partnerships.
We continue to advance our outdoor kitchen modular system and custom outdoor kitchen cabinets—now upgraded through this world-class collaboration—for the global market.
